If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days, provided it’s in the same condition as when sold. Examples include:
If there are issues not mentioned in the product listing, return it within 31 days. If you have a larger budget or want to trade for a different item, enjoy a 100% return value towards the new purchase. Extended Warranties Available Upon Request.
If a product is replaced with a new "Best of" model within the same year, you’re entitled to a free upgrade. For example, if you bought the Mi Band 8, "Best of 2024," and we release the Mi Band 9 in the same year, you can upgrade for free if the Mi Band 8 is in sellable condition. (A small fee may apply if the box, accessories, or extras are missing.)
