7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days, provided it’s in the same condition as when sold. Examples include:

• The keyboard feel of a laptop.
• The weight and portability of a device.
• The sound quality of earbuds for your music preference.
• The comfort and fit of wearable tech like smartwatches.

31-Day Warranty

If there are issues not mentioned in the product listing, return it within 31 days. If you have a larger budget or want to trade for a different item, enjoy a 100% return value towards the new purchase. Extended Warranties Available Upon Request.

One-Year Return Policy

• Cash Back: Up to 80% of your money back when trading for an item in the shop or an upgrade. Refunds range from 5-80% depending on the condition and time passed, with 5-10% in the 12th month.
• Upgrade: 20-80% depending on the condition and time passed, with a minimum of 20% even in the 12th month if the item is in sellable condition.

Free Upgrade Program

If a product is replaced with a new "Best of" model within the same year, you’re entitled to a free upgrade. For example, if you bought the Mi Band 8, "Best of 2024," and we release the Mi Band 9 in the same year, you can upgrade for free if the Mi Band 8 is in sellable condition. (A small fee may apply if the box, accessories, or extras are missing.)

General Conditions for All Policies

• Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and any extras included. Warranty is void if any items have been tampered with or removed to be cleaned.
• Any cash or incentives provided may be subject to return.
• Any outstanding balance must be settled before processing returns or warranty claims.
